Throughout the duration of this Agreement, Adfleetmedia will compensate the Affiliate with a payment, as decided by Adfleetmedia at its sole and absolute discretion, calculated based on Net Revenue ("Revenue Share"). The specific Revenue Share payments will be determined according to the prevailing Adfleetmedia payout policies, considering factors such as the quantity, quality, and validity of clicks on Ads, Ad impressions, Actions, and user demographics, including the country of origin based on the user's IP address. Adfleetmedia will make Payments to the Affiliate within 30 days after the Affiliate submits a payment request, as per the terms of this agreement.

4. Accuracy of materials

The content featured on the Adfleetmedia website might contain technical, typographical, or photographic inaccuracies. Adfleetmedia does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any materials on its website. Adfleetmedia reserves the right to modify the materials on its website without prior notice, although it does not commit to updating the materials.
